This website is offered to you, the client, on the condition of your acceptance without modification of all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein, including the Booking Conditions and the Privacy Policy Statements. These must be read in conjunction with the information and advice, itineraries, rates and supplements provided by us with every reservation made with us. Any other terms will be communicated to clients prior to the confirmation of bookings in writing.

EPiTRiP, established in Australia, with Australian Business Number 91 871 726 964 owns and provides the information on this website in order to promote and sell various types of accommodations found on the website. You are the user of this website, and in particular of the products and services offered by us or our partners. By using this website and proceeding to a purchase thereof, you are bound by the present terms and conditions, the attached Privacy Policy Statement and Booking Conditions and all other specific documents or agreements applicable from time to time.
Use of this Website
This website and each of its modules, together with the arrangement and compilation of the content found on this site, is the copyrighted property of EPiTRiP or its various third party providers and distributors and which is licensed to the Operator. Much of the content found on this site is owned by third party providers and distributors though certain data is the copyrighted work of EPiTRiP and other information providers. EPiTRiP, its employees, agents, content providers, licensors, licensees, partners or affiliates, require that all the visitors to our site on the World Wide Web that provide travel related products, services and content adhere to the following terms and conditions. By accessing the EPiTRiP site, you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these notices, terms and conditions, herein referred to as the "User Agreement", including our “Booking Conditions” and the “Privacy Policy Statements”.
You may only use EPiTRiP site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use the site for any other purposes, including making any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. You further agree not to employ misleading email addresses or falsify information in the header, footer, return path, or any part of any communication, including emails, transmitted through this site. You agree that you shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, or any other loss or harm resulting from your use of this site.
Responsibility
In order to use our site, you agree to accept responsibility for any activity that might occur as a result of your actions or decisions. Further you represent that you are of sufficient legal age (usually above 18 years of age) to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. Moreover, you accept full financial responsibility for all purchases made on this site.
Payment
Once the booking is confirmed we require credit card payment in full. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express will be accepted.
We will charge your credit card 100% of the amount your reservation represents after sending you the Hotel Voucher. In order to charge we will use the credit card details supplied at the time of booking or as soon as we receive the relevant details, documents and the completed credit card Authorization form. Your Card statement will show the debit as EPiTRiP. Please check the Booking Conditions document and the Privacy Policy Statements before submitting your payment request.
EPiTRiP is committed to providing an efficient refund procedure. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit refund (i.e. we will credit the amount charged, minus any administration and cancellation fees - if applicable - to your credit card). Once the refund instructions have been issued to our Merchant Bank, it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to show up in your account. The amount refunded will show on your printed credit card statement for the next billing cycle or on your online account.
Travel Insurance
EPiTRiP is a sole a provider of accommodation arrangements in selected markets. It does not deal with ticketing, insurance, or car hire services. Using EPiTRiP website, you will only be able to make arrangements for your preferred type of accommodations in the chosen destinations at the prices current at the time of publishing. You are recommended to ensure, when making your reservation that you and your party are insured against all relevant risks, including all locations and places you intend to visit throughout your holiday.
Your Rights
If for some genuine reason, EPiTRiP cancels your confirmed booking, we will inform you without delay the resulting matter. As there can be unforeseen circumstances such as fire at hotel, natural disaster, overbooking or etc, EPiTRiP cannot be made liable for any such occurrence which is beyond EPiTRiP’s control. In such situations, we will offer you an alternative of at least a comparable standard (depending on availability) or a full refund of the payment.
Our Liability
We accept responsibility for ensuring that the services we deliver to you are of the highest standard possible. EPiTRiP assumes no responsibility for your flight itineraries, flight cancellations, flight delays, travel insurance matters, including your experience at the hotel or resort. Since EPiTRiP is an online accommodation broker, we will not be made liable for anything outside our normal business activities.
Personal Injury
We accept responsibility for the negligent acts and errors of our employees. We cannot, however, be held responsible for any other circumstances that lead to the death, bodily injury or illness of you or any other individual.
Client Service
If you have a complaint or are unhappy with the services provided, please make it known as soon as possible, either to the management of the accommodation provider or to us. Please provide the details as early as possible. It must be noted that EPiTRiP cannot guarantee a fair resolution of the matter and can only demand from the accommodation provider to meet your requests. In extreme circumstances, EPiTRiP’s own actions for such a matter will be to remove such hotels from its database.
Literature and Brochures
We have taken every reasonable precaution to ensure that the information provided by us is fair and correct at the time it was supplied. However, as we do not own the accommodation, we exclude liability for subsequent alterations and the withdrawal and amendment of facilities (whether due to climatic conditions, vandalizing or abuse, cleaning, repair or legal, regulatory, seasonal or other local reasons).
Third Party Exclusions
Transportation and accommodation of clients are subject to international conventions, which override any contract, expressed or implied between our clients and us. We cannot be held liable if any client is refused admission into the countries they are visiting. The possession of valid passports, and/or other required travel documents, such as airline tickets and hotel vouchers at the proper time, is the sole responsibility of the client. Liability for the failure of any client to observe the law of the countries they are visiting is excluded. We will not be held responsible for any delay in transferring of clients or any other delay under such circumstances.
General Terms and Conditions
We strongly urge everyone to read and agree with the terms and conditions before making any reservation through EPiTRiP. If you disagree with the these terms and conditions, or that found in our Booking Conditions, or the Privacy Policy Statement, please inform us before confirming any reservations with us. Similarly, we reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at anytime. Your continued use of the EPiTRiP website constitutes your binding acceptance of our terms and conditions.
DISCLAIMER
We will make every effort to ensure that all information and rates on our website is correct. However, due to unforeseen circumstances after the information and rates were published, some of the information and rates may no longer be valid. We therefore disclaim any warranty, representation or undertaking in relation to the completeness, accuracy, adequacy or quality of the content on our websites. All prices, offers and conditions of sale may be subject to the following: 1) eligibility and/or other limitations 2) any changes without notice 3) holidays, seasons, black out dates and/or minimum and/or maximum stays. 4) other conditions and/or restrictions.
We are not responsible for any transaction that is declined by or should later be declined by the credit or debit card issuing company. We are also not responsible for any changes to exchange rates or other charges incurred during the credit or debit card verification process.
