Information Collected & Used
EPiTRiP has to collect some information about you (namely your full names, your email address, your credit card details, telephone numbers, etc) at different points as you use the services of our website. In order to process and confirm bookings our suppliers require some necessary information about the traveller(s). Credit card details are collected for all booking requests. This information is used by EPiTRiP to accept payment ONLY once the booking is confirmed.
It is to your discretion to provide us with other details and information via our customer feedback forms. This information is voluntary and may be used by EPiTRiP in the following ways:
- Shared with our partners to offer feedback from past guests at their property.
- Shared with our users to assist in providing accurate details on the properties
we advertise.
- Used by EPiTRiP to evaluate and improve our website and services.
We may also collect statistical information about your visit. This information, which does not contain any personal data, will be used in order to evaluate and improve our site and services. About Cookies

Third Party Bookings
In cases where an individual proceeds with bookings on behalf of a third party, EPiTRiP will assume that this person has obtained the necessary approval from the third party, and therefore we assume no liability for any unauthorized use of personal data by that person.
Billing Information
When the preferred way of payment is via credit card, then further to the above mentioned information we will collect all necessary details of the credit card used for the transaction in accordance with applicable legislation. Any information collected by us on the credit cards used, will not be further processed and in no case will it be forwarded to any of our suppliers or collaborators unless approved by the credit card holder.
In the unlikely use of a third party credit card, EPiTRiP will, as mentioned in Third Party Bookings, assume that the necessary permission has been granted for the use of the credit card from the credit card holder.
Our Travel Partners
During the course of our business we enter into commercial agreements with suppliers or other partners (i.e. travel agents, hotels and resorts, etc) in various countries. We shall not be liable when the terms and conditions or privacy policies of those parties are different from ours. EPiTRiP recommends you review the policies and conditions of our partners.

EPiTRiP will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you.
