Suites and Villas
Constance Lémuria Resort  have 88 Junior Suites(52 sqm), 8 Senior Suites (115 sqm including living room), 8 Villas with Private pool (725 sqm with 2 bedrooms)  and 1 luxurious Presidential Villa with private pools (1250 sqm with 3 bedrooms). Oriented towards the Indian Ocean within 101 hectares of land. The suites lie scattered along two pristine beaches, to both the southwest and northwest. Each suite is positioned just 15 meters from the shore, discreetly nestled among the natural Seychellois gardens. All suites feature air-conditioning, ceiling fan, bathroom with bath tub, double vanities, separate shower/WC, hairdryer, sitting area, high speed Internet & WIFI (complimentary Internet access), mini-bar, safe, satellite TV/DVD/CD player, telephone answering machine and tea and coffee making facilities.

Food & Dining
The Legend  - Located in the main building, the Legend restaurant offers in a refined and relaxed atmosphere daily breakfast buffet as well as dinner buffets, themed evenings and à la carte menus. For lunch, there are light dishes, sandwiches, burgers and pastas. 

The Seahorse - The Seahorse restaurant offers for dinner a new French fine dining menu combined with the contemporary Seychelles cuisine in a refined atmosphere overlooking the golf course. A superb view of the 11th green fringed by water and reflecting the surroundings unfolds in front of the restaurant. 

The Beach Bar & Grill - With breathtaking view to the beach of Petite Anse Kerlan, The Beach Bar and Grill is the hotel’s seafood restaurant with a creole touch atmosphere. An à la carte selection offers the catch of the day, seafood specialities as well as an extensive dinner menu.

Le Spa de Constance with Shiseido Pavilion 
“Le Spa de Constance” is set within swaying palm trees and bamboo plantations and is an oasis of calm & tranquility, an escape from the more energetic pursuits available at Lémuria. Products and equipment are provided by Shiseido and a comprehensive range of beauty treatments is available to take you away to another world. The famous “Qi” method with hot oshiboris (towels) of Shiseido is used for facials and body treatments. Additionally “Le Spa de Constance” offers a full range of other treatments from Swedish massage to hydrotherapy and Indian Ayurvedic. Therapies can be taken within the many treatment locations, including the private pool villas. The expert teams of international therapists also offer furthermore, massages for couples, and an extensive range of products.

Junior Suites

The 88 palm-thatched Junior Suites are constructed in wood, marble, limestone and pink granite. The emphasis is on privacy, intimacy and harmony with the natural surroundings. Each suite is designed in a minimalist, yet luxurious style with large bathrooms and a fully furnished terrace/balcony with private dining space.

Senior Suites

The 8 Senior Suites are exceptionally spacious. Each lavishly appointed room has all the facilities as described for junior suites but in addition have a bath tub with whirlpool in the master bathroom, separate lounge with shower/WC and a double size terrace/balcony.

Villas (with Private Pool)

These two bedroom villas at the southern tip of Anse Kerlan offer the ultimate beachside accommodation in the Indian Ocean. Spaciously designed to reflect the overall concept, the bedrooms lead directly into the gardens and beach just metres away. Two bedrooms each with spacious en-suite bathroom, outdoor shower/bath, living-/dining area with TV and Playstation (free of charge, on request), kitchenette for the Villa Master and service staff. The living room leads directly outside to a dining area sunken into the private swimming pool and a personal relaxation and massage pavilion. Presidential Villa

Majestically perched into the granite boulders on the southern tip of Anse Kerlan. A private hotel within a hotel designed and crafted to deliver a completely unique experience not found anywhere else in the Seychelles or perhaps the world. A master suite including its own terrace bathroom with private whirlpool, sauna and steam bath. Two further suites accommodate 3 multi-level pools which surround the buildings with steps leading to a private beach.
