Atoll Market - With sand floors and lagoon views, this restaurant is a relaxed setting to sample different world cuisines from its 8 specialist kitchens. Try Japanese, Indian, Italian, Asian, a grilled item, market fresh salads, freshly baked bread, and finish your meal with a dessert, ice cream or tropical fruits. 

Ithaa Undersea Restaurant - Dine 16 feet below sea level at the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island’s unique undersea restaurant. Marvel at 180° views of reef and marine life, sip champagne cocktails and sample Maldivian-Western fusion cuisine at this spectacular Maldives restaurant – the world’s first all-glass, undersea restaurant. Advance reservations recommended. Please contact the resort to make a booking up to 14 days prior to arrival. We regret we cannot accept dinner reservation for children under 12. 

Koko Grill Restaurant - Take a seat at the counter and watch the expert Japanese teppanyaki chef prepare your sumptuous meal. Set on an idyllic portion of the beach, between the lagoon and a dazzling Japanese water garden, this Maldives restaurant serves an 8-course set menu featuring Japanese contemporary cuisine favorites. We regret we cannot accept reservation for children under 12 years old Reservation compulsory. 

Mandhoo Spa Restaurant - Set on stilts 100 metres out to sea, the restaurant offers balanced gourmet spa cuisine, made from the freshest organic ingredients. Sip freshly squeezed juices, try nourishing sea scallops with lime and savour endless ocean vistas. The perfect tropical Maldivian restaurant to unwind. Reservation compulsory. 

Sunset Bar & Grill - Set on stilts over coral reefs teeming with fish, this signature restaurant is the ideal spot for a romantic dinner on one of the decks. Watch chefs prepare grilled seafood specialties and the finest cuts from all over the world in the show kitchen, whilst sipping fine wines served by our Master of Wine and team of dedicated wine experts. Reservation compulsory. 

The Wine Cellar - The chilled cellar sits 6 feet below sea level and features a selection of 600 fine wines. The Wine Cellar is a paradise for wine-lovers: sit with the resort’s sommelier at the communal table fitted with interactive personal screens, while a 5-course dégustation menu is presented to by the Chef, each dish paired with a matching wine. Vilu Restaurant & Bar - The marriage of a spectacular wine cellar and excellent gourmet cuisine, Vilu restaurant offers skillful, contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with an Asian twist, and showcases an exceptional wine collection. Our Master of Wine and Sommelier have taken the guesswork out of selecting the bottle that will match your taste and the menu - all the wines have been carefully tasted, and professional, sound advice is given, in order to choose from either the master wine list, or the restaurant's Female Winemaker's list. Reservation compulsory for dinner. 

Rangali Bar - With its sand floor, day loungers and nightly entertainment, the informal Rangali bar at the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island is the ideal spot to relax with friends and family. Sip classic cocktails, order a light snack, have a narguile, or just settle onto a lounger and soak up the views over the lagoon at the meeting point of the resort.
