Q. How do I make a booking?
Use the “Search for Hotels” tool at the centre of our homepage to bring up a list of potential hotels. Click on the hotel of your choice and proceed to the room rates and selection page. Once you have made your selection(s) you can then enter your details and submit your payment. For more detailed instructions on how to book see our How to Book page.
Q. Is it safe to use my Credit Card?
EPiTRiP is highly committed to protecting your information. EPiTRiP is an Aust Secure Site that follows best security practices adopted by major online vendors, and thus you are assured of the highest level of security.
Q. Can I book flights and obtain travel insurance from EPiTRiP?
Currently EPiTRiP does not have flight bookings and travel insurance as part of its service offering. It is your responsibility to have these organized. However, this may change in the future so please check the next time you book with EPiTRiP.
Q. How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You will be informed via e-mail of your booking confirmation usually within 1 to 3 working days from receiving your booking request. Further details can be found in our Booking Conditions.
Q. Can I amend my booking?
We highly recommend you do not change your booking details. Since a change requires coordination with external parties, we cannot guarantee a smooth changeover (especially in peak periods) and some costs may be incurred. Further details can be found in our Booking Conditions.
Q. Can I make special requests?
Any special requests you may have (i.e. late check outs, vegetarian menus etc.) must be requested in the special request section on the booking form, or directly with the hotel. Note that special requests are at the discretion of the local hotel and are subject to availability. There may be extra charges applied, some of which have to be paid locally upon check-out.
Q. Can I cancel my booking?
Requests for booking cancellations can be made via the My Bookings section of the website or via the Quick Enquiries form. Cancellations will be subjected to the EPiTRiP Booking Conditions and we advise you read this before requesting a cancellation.
